Every year on April 7th, the World Health Organization (WHO) hosts World Health Day, a global health awareness day (WHO). The World Health Organization, which was created in 1948, celebrates its 70th anniversary today.

Every year on April 7th, the First World Health Assembly declares World Health Day. On July 22, 1949, it was originally observed, but the date was later revised to April 7. This day is commemorated to emphasise the value of our most valuable possession, our health. As humans, we strive for a brighter tomorrow by working day and night to advance technology and following our dreams of a great existence, yet our health suffers as a result of our fast-paced lifestyle.

Theme of the World Health Day

Every year, the World Health Organization (WHO) selects a subject for World Health Day, and this year's theme is "Our Planet, Our Health." This theme focuses on drawing worldwide attention to urgently developing methods for the benefit of the earth and, eventually, our health. Every year, World Health Day is celebrated as a global chance to draw attention to a topic of critical importance to global health. World Health Day is one of WHO's eight annual global health campaigns.

Our planet's health, which is deteriorating, is now having a direct impact on the health of all living things. Pollution has been demonstrated to be the greatest threat to our ecosystem, whether it be air pollution, industrial waste, or incorrect sanitization, all of which contribute to climate change and, in turn, health. Weak governance procedures and potential imbalances in health, as well as poor leadership, skills, and resources in the health sector, exacerbate these dangers to public health.

Dr Essa Lab is Dedicated To Your Health

Dr. Essa Lab is dedicated to your health, and we will do everything we can to provide you with professional and high-quality health services. Not only that, but we at Dr Essa Lab make every effort to maintain an environmentally friendly environment. We feel that if the environment is cleaner, our people's health would improve, which is what we want to achieve. For the correct disposal of all laboratory wastes, we take necessary precautions and follow rigorous SOPs.

By digitising the majority of our reporting system, we are reducing our reliance on paper.

We spread our message of "Our Planet, Our Health" through free medical camps, awareness seminars in schools and universities, television health programmes, and live digital media sessions. To improve the health of our people, we must act to ensure that our planet's environment thrives. We are always at the forefront when it comes to the health of our planet and our country, so that future generations will be able to live in a healthier environment.

While the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated science's ability to heal, it also revealed the world's injustices. The pandemic exposed flaws in all aspects of society, emphasising the importance of establishing sustainable well-being societies devoted to ensuring equal health for current and future generations while remaining within ecological boundaries. The current economic structure results in inequitable income, wealth, and power distribution, with far too many people still living in poverty and insecurity. Human well-being, justice, and ecological sustainability are the goals of a well-being economy. Long-term investments, well-being budgets, social protection, and legal and budgetary methods are all used to achieve these objectives. Legislative action, business reform, and individual action are all needed to break these destructive loops for the earth and human health.
